GPA’s Digital Marketing Leadership Through Its Industry-Leading YouTube Channel and LinkedIn Page

Like businesses everywhere during 2020–2022, the first three years since our inception were challenging for GPA as we contended with restrictions brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic.

We had only Pestroniks Innovations Pte. Ltd. (Pestroniks) products for the first two years and added RodeXit in the third year.

As a small business, we had to rely on digital marketing to reach a wide audience economically.

Our chosen marketing tools were therefore our website — the repository of all our product information — our YouTube channel, and our company LinkedIn Page, both of which we launched three years ago, on 24 March 2023.

Digital media offers vast reach, but creating engaging content and attracting audiences is a daily challenge, particularly in an era of short attention spans and countless competing media sources.

The GPA YouTube Channel

We launched our YouTube channel on 24 March 2023, approximately three years after founding our company.

I became acutely aware of the need for product videos when, soon after receiving our first order shipment, my friend Rajesh Sreenivasan called to ask how to insert the glueboards into the FLYght One. Though I knew roughly what to do, I found myself unable to guide him clearly, even over a video call.

Pestroniks director Shyam Gopinath then came to our aid by creating a short video demonstrating glueboard insertion into the FLYght One.

Knowing that most people now search “How do I…” to learn how to use a product, I became determined to build out our product video library.

With support from Pestroniks, we commissioned Creative Injection to produce our first animation video for the FLYght Duo — the debut video on our channel.

Pestroniks also arranged for their Singaporean agency, Papachew Designs, to create a Hindi-language version of the Aedes-X video for GPA’s Hindi-speaking audiences in India.

On 24 March 2023, we launched our YouTube channel with three videos created with Pestroniks’ support.

Pestroniks further supported the creation of four FLYght Trap videos through EDC Creative Technology Solutions, after which we formally launched the GPA YouTube channel.

To these foundational videos, we added GPA-commissioned RodeXit content produced by Rupesh Sahu of Filmrs Media (Filmrs). Over the following three years, Filmrs produced twenty-four videos for us, helping us build a channel rich with professional content.

Our creative agency, Webchirpy, produced its first video for us in January 2025 and has since become the cornerstone of our channel, having created nineteen videos to date.

Our distributor, Seva Facility Services Pvt. Ltd. (SFS), has also been an invaluable contributor, helping us film RodeXit installations on-site and consistently sharing rodent-proofing photos and videos that we have turned into engaging content.

We are genuinely delighted to now be able to direct customers to our product videos when they want to learn more. A well-produced video of just a few minutes can convey product features and usage far more effectively than any written description.

On the third anniversary of the GPA YouTube channel, we are proud to have achieved a trifecta of milestones: more than 50 videos, 250 subscribers, and more than 15,000 views.

The GPA LinkedIn Company Page

We launched our LinkedIn Company Page on the same day as our YouTube channel: 24 March 2023.

In the three years since, we have cultivated a strong, engaged following of more than 3,600.

We thank each one of our followers for their regular engagement with our content and unwavering support, which has helped propel us to become a leading LinkedIn company page in the pest control industry.

Creating content — whether textual posts, images, or videos — is relatively straightforward compared to the real challenge of earning genuine audience engagement.

We work hard to produce useful content not only to promote our products, but to provide viewers with practical information on pest prevention and pest monitoring, our core areas of focus within pest management.

After every post, we follow up by broadcasting it to selected contacts, actively seeking their views and encouraging interaction with our page.

Years of steadily growing our follower base, combined with the consistent publication of high-quality content, culminated in a landmark achievement: more than 10,000 impressions in a single month towards the end of 2025.

This milestone affirmed our belief in the appetite for professional pest management content, even amid the crowded and competitive digital media landscape.

We have recognised the critical demand for accessible, foundational information on topics such as insect light traps for monitoring filth flies, rodent exclusion using a range of materials, and stored-product insect monitoring using pheromone traps.

More recently, we have expanded our focus to professional pest management education, including posts highlighting our industry’s most respected textbooks and helping our audience stay informed and up to date.


Three years of perseverance, thousands of followers, and hundreds of posts later, we are proud to be celebrating this page’s third anniversary.

We once again express our sincere gratitude to our followers and audience members, and

reaffirm our commitment to sharing valuable, actionable pest management information.

Fortifying Our Digital Marketing Leadership Through a Knowledge Hub on Our Website

To further strengthen our digital marketing leadership, we launched the Giridhar Pai Associates Pest Management Academy (GPA APM) on our website in early 2026 as a dedicated knowledge hub.

This section brings together all product-related information, including brochures, usage instructions, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), images, and links to product videos.

We have also included links to our vendor partners’ websites, as well as to leading pest control industry magazines and websites where Pest Management Professionals can access and download books and resources.

Going forward, we will continue adding links to the best pest control websites, articles, and videos, with the goal of making GPA APM a definitive professional pest management information repository for our industry.
