Giridhar Pai Associates LLP’s second-year journey in 2021. We launched FLYght Duo for the Indian market on May 11, 2021, when PCT Online featured a press release, Pestoniks Adds FLYght Duo Insect Light Trap (ILT). We re-launched our website www.giridharpaiassociates.com on May 20, 2021, with Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and FLYght Duo product listing. We launched Introduction to FLYght Insect Light Traps (ILTs) one-minute video on July 17, 2021. At our Sri Lankan distributor, Suren Cooke Agencies team’s training on August 10, 2021, we recorded Lead with LEDs by Carl Baptista, MD, Pestroniks Innovations, and uploaded it on YouTube on August 13, 2021. We had our second annual distributors meet on September 28, 2021, at which we: launched our e-book The Ultimate Guide to Choosing and Using UV LED Insect Light Traps and announced our FLYght for FLIGHTS sales contest. We made our one hundredth trap shipment on October 6, 2021, to Symega Food Ingredients Limited. We launched the AedesX Smart Gravitrap in India on December 7, 2021, by uploading the product’s Hindi video on YouTube. We added Envogree, Dekriminators, APCO, Terra Mica, and Ajanta Trading as our distributors.

The AedesX Smart Gravitrap is an effective, scientific, portable, flexible, low-maintenance, and pesticide-free ovi-trap against Aedes mosquitoes. In November 2020, Asiatic Specialty Products (ASP) of Singapore introduced the AedesX Smart Gravitrap, the only trap of its kind with a unique mode of action of using their response to light to kill Aedes mosquito larvae without chemical pesticides. AedesX Smart Gravitrap is a patented product that kills Aedes larvae naturally by using their negative phototactic behavior by which they move away from light. AedesX Smart Gravitrap’s design attracts and provides a conducive environment for female Aedes mosquitoes looking to lay their eggs. The AedesX Smart Gravitrap works on batteries and needs a water top-up for maintenance. AedesX Smart Gravitrap is portable and flexible for deployment in any environment that needs Aedes mosquito control. When you use it in the appropriate locations and sufficient numbers, the AedesX Smart Gravitrap significantly reduces future mosquito populations reducing the potential for disease transmission in the area where users deploy it. ASP is the proud innovator and owner of AedesX, the world’s first Smart Gravitrap co-developed with Pestroniks Innovations (Pestroniks) to add to the global arsenal in the ongoing battle against Aedes mosquitoes and the diseases they spread. We shipped the one-hundredth FLYght trap in India today, 6 October 2021, to Symega Food Ingredients Limited. A year ago, we made our first FLYght trap shipment on 14 September 2020 to The Sad Vaidyasala Private Limited. When we launched FLYght One in India in July 2020, we knew of the challenges in marketing our product. We introduced India’s first UV LED Insect Light Trap to customers managing their businesses during a once-in-a-century pandemic. With support from our distributors and the interest of pioneering customers who preferred an advanced technology trap that significantly saved on electricity, we managed to sell nearly a hundred traps by March 2021. The COVID-19 second wave affected our FLYght Duo launch and shipments. Customers have enthusiastically chosen the aluminum shell FLYght Duo. We are offering a free one-year glue board supply and shipping of FLYght traps for the next six months. Thank you, customers, distributors, and Pestroniks team for helping us reach this milestone.

We are happy to present the next #FLYght trap model: the FLYght Duo. In its sturdy aluminum shell, the light FLYght Duo weighs just 1.75 kg. & continues the trend of sleek, robust, & low energy consuming ILTs. Here is our journey in brief during the first year of our business operations. We incorporated our company on January 10, 2020. PepperDrops designed our logo on April 1, 2020. We received our first order for consulting services from Hygiene Research Institute Private Limited on May 28, 2020, We get our first order for FLYght One from The Sad Vaidya Sala Pvt. Ltd. on June 11, 2020 and shipped it on September 14, 2020. Pestroniks Innovations Pte. Ltd. MD Carl Baptista formally launched FLYght One trap online on July 2, 2020 to Indian Pest Control Operators (PCOs). We launched our website www.giridharpaiassociates.com – India’s first for customers to order Insect Light Traps and pay online on October 13, 2020. We made our twenty fifth trap shipment on October 26, 2020. In 2021 we shall launch FLYght Duo fly trap and Aedex-X mosquito trap.
